A calm breathing exercise

Slow breathing with a longer out-breath can help you feel calmer when you are anxious or slightly breathless. Follow the circle: in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6.

This is a relaxation exercise, not a treatment. During an asthma attack, use your reliever inhaler and seek help.
